At India Mart HK, we are committed to delivering your groceries quickly and safely across Hong Kong.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. For remote areas or buildings without lift access, additional delivery time or charges may apply.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders above HKD 300.
• A flat HKD 30 fee applies to orders below HKD 300.

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. In case of missed delivery, redelivery may incur additional charges.
